Return Policies:

Wallpaper: All wallpaper is final sale. We base the amount of rolls you need according to your measurements and are not responsible for any overages and shortages. It is always recommended that you consult with your installer for the amount of rolls needed. Please pay attention to all directions sent with the paper. Once you hang 3 panels, please inspect the wallpaper and report any issues ASAP, unless otherwise instructed on the instructions. We can and will work with the manufacturer to help correct any issues. Anything hung after 30 days of purchase may be void by the manufacturer, but please contact us to see if we can help. If you open a roll after the known issue, the manufacturer will consider that accepted. 

Rugs: All rugs are final sale. Our samples in the shop are the best representation of the colors reflected in the rug, however, due to fibers, materials, and creation process some colors may vary. We encourage you to measure your space carefully. We can send you a link directly from the website for you to research whether it's the right rug for you. Please follow all cleaning instructions carefully. 

Fabrics/Custom fabrication: All fabrics and fabrication are final sale. Please be sure to review the desired outcome with the staff at Corduroy and Pine.

Homegoods/Jewelry: All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the same condition it left the shop and not showing any signs of use. Store credit will be issued if you do not have a receipt.  Gift cards cannot be returned. We are not responsible for any damage after the item leaves the shop. Sale items are final sale. Please email elizabeth@corduroyandpine.com regarding any returns. We reserve the right to deny any return request.
