Everything from room makeovers to full home restyling.

We are capable of meeting a range of client needs, including remote style guides and paint consultations, full interior restyling, and consulting with builders and subcontractors for larger-scale remodels. We enjoy working on all projects from residential to commercial. Our specialities include: stylish and relaxing hospitality and rental properties that are designed to stand apart from the competition, and comfortable residences for families with a wide range of needs and budgets.

Based in Vermont, we work with clients throughout New England and to New York City.

Contact us to request an in-person design consultation or consider our digital-style guide option for smaller projects and projects outside New England.

Ever since I was a little girl, growing up in Vermont, decorating has been my passion. I lost count the amount of times I would make my older sister switch rooms with me so I could decorate a new canvas, or the times I would beg my mom to take me to a department store so I could spend my allowance on new bedding and bedroom decor.

I spent much of my childhood traveling with my family and continued to do so after graduating from Champlain College. I enjoyed spending a year in Australia and subsequently traveled the world while working for Continental Airlines for six years. After four enjoyable years as a stay home mom to my son Dominick, and the tremendous support of my husband Mike,  I decided to make my dream a reality. Building Corduroy + Pine with Elisa has been an incredible experience. I’m thrilled to be sharing my passion by helping clients reimagine their spaces

A native New Englander, I moved to Vermont in 2011 with my husband, Jon. We live in Charlotte with our three young children Oliver, Samuel and Emerson.

Before moving to Vermont, I lived in Washington, DC working as a program manager for a healthcare association. While in DC, I earned my master's degree in public administration from George Washington University . Once we moved to Vermont and started a family, I decided to stay home with our children. After over four years of staying home, I felt the pull to start something I could call my own, a new career path. That pull led to the creation of Corduroy + Pine. A new pursuit a long-time in the making that I never realized until it happened.

Interior design has always been an interest of mine. This love was truly ignited when planning our wedding. I wanted a very personalized wedding that represented who Jon and I were. It's been nonstop from there, especially after buying a house.

My design style is always evolving, but I'm always inspired by vintage pieces and homes.  I love mixing the old with the new. I love fabrics and have been known to hoard a few (read: bins full) for my future quilting hobby. When I'm not restyling a room in our home or chasing the kids around, you can probably find me at Starbucks.
