Lakefront Dream House
This lakefront house received a huge transformation. We worked within the existing structure but gave the interior a facelift. Our client wanted a rental property where guests could feel comfortable while having fun. We went with an earthy beach vibe style, to represent our client. This house has earned the praise of the client as the “Lakefront Dream House” and we couldn’t agree more.

Modern Love Lake House
This 1960's lake house received a major facelift. We wanted to honor the original architecture of the home while creating a relaxing lakeside retreat that also inspired guests to entertain and unwind. This house was our first big labor of love, our modern love.
We worked with Integrity Construction of Williston Vermont, to redesign the interior of this house, including new kitchen, floors, windows, lighting and color palette.
Bohemian Bay Bungalow
This 1000 square foot vacation rental sits quietly on Lake Champlain in Shelburne, Vermont. Our goal was to create a comfortable and inviting space with a earthy, hip beach vibe. We outfitted the entire interior and outdoor living spaces to create a bright, clean bohemian design full of textures and colors from the surrounding landscape.
A modern rustic lake house infused with California beach vibes. This 4000 square foot, lakeside rental property reminds you what it’s like to have it all. Our client wanted a “modern-Vermont-rustic" design infused with California beach vibes. We delivered. Colchester Camp Remodel
A small rental sitting on Mallets Bay in Colchester, Vermont this camp received some TLC. We worked with Integrity Construction of Williston Vermont to install new floors, renovate the bathroom and add some walls (just to name a few of the changes). The owner wanted to make sure the house did not feel small once styled. Therefore, we went with a minimal, clean and bright palette. Keeping to a tight budget, the original cabinets had to stay so we gave them a fresh new look which added character to the camp. The two bedrooms were decorated with relaxation in mind. The camp also has a few areas to entertain and kick up your feet to unwind, all in less than 1000 square feet. This camp went from dark creepy camp to bright cozy retreat.
Mallets Bay Abode
Steps away from Lake Champlain, this cozy rental had recently been updated but felt unoriginal. The client wanted our help to give the abode a beachy California feel. From the blue accent wall in the main living area to the bedroom up the spiral stairs, we infused the home with pops of yellow, blues and greens to achieve this look.
Philo Family Homestead
A 2400 square feet family home in Charlotte, Vermont is inhabited by a young family with three active children so the house needed to be functional, comfortable while stylish. The formal living room was turned into a large playroom providing a space for kids to be kids. Not to be forgotten, the adults wanted their own space and turned a once knotty pine sunroom into a bright relaxing space perfect for summer evenings. The owners wanted neutral colors as the backdrop throughout the home and color was infused with accent pieces.
Essex Family Home
This family home, located in Essex Vermont, has the perfect balance of style and comfort. The owners wanted a cohesive look and the feel of an open-floor plan and achieved just that. Starting with new floors throughout to a built in kitchen nook, the home provides a space for everyone. The show stopper, the screened in porch turned four season sunroom is a perfect place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine, especially once the kids go down to bed.
Williston Living Room Makeover
The Williston living room makeover was a smaller project, with big impact. The client wanted to update their builder grade space to a modern farmhouse design mixed with French country accents. To do this, we started with creating a stunning focal point - the fireplace. We went with a light stone and carried it up to the ceiling and added a rustic wood mantel bringing warmth and dimension to the space. The soft blue walls and accent pieces complete the French country design the clients were looking for. Check out the before and after!
